Welcome to Seven, a Telegram mini-app ("Seven" or "the App"). These Terms of Use and Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.
1. Introduction
Seven provides a platform for users to mine Seven tokens ("7Token") with ease, grow earnings via referrals, and improve mining performance with features like "Parrots."
Participation in the project requires users to:
- Maintain a daily streak to collect offline mined Tokens and daily rewards
- Grow their network via referrals
- Reach a minimum of 700 Tokens
- Pay a one-time fee of 0.5 Ton to participate
* This 0.5 Ton fee ensures participant authenticity and supports the tokenomic ecosystem's liquidity.
2. Definitions
- App or Mini App: Refers to Seven, the mini-app on Telegram.
- Service: refers to the Seven Telegram App, Website and all Official Social Pages or Channels, including all associated features, content, and functionality offered through https://t.me/SevenTokenBot, https://7token.io and Linked Social Pages or Channels.
- User or You: means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Service.
- We, Our, or Us: refers to Seven Team, the provider of the Service.
- Content: includes but is not limited to text, images, videos, software, and other materials available on or through the Service.
- Third-Party Services: refers to products, services, or content provided by third parties and accessed through the Service.
- Modifications: refers to any updates, revisions, or changes made to these Terms, the Service, or its content.
- Tokens or 7Tokens: The Seven token units mined or earned within the App.
- Parrots: A feature in the App that mimics user actions to boost earnings, excluding referral commissions.
- Streak: A series of consecutive days during which users collect mined Tokens and daily rewards.
- Referral Commissions: Rewards earned by users for referring others to the App.
- 0.5 Ton Payment: A small fee paid by users to participate in the project and verify identity and Wallet.
- Airdrop: Distribution of Tokens as rewards for participation.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App or Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Service. It is your responsibility to review updates, as continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Key Features
Seven provides users with an innovative platform to engage in token virtual mining and maximize earnings. Below are the key features of the App:
- Offline Mining: Mine Tokens offline and collect them daily to build streaks and grow earnings.
- Referral Program: Earn rewards by inviting others to join the App and expand your network.
- Parrots Feature: Parrots mimic your in-app actions to boost mining efficiency.
- Daily Streak Rewards: Incentivized system to encourage consistent activity and Token collection.
- Transparent Tokenomics: A 0.5 Ton entry fee ensures genuine participation and contributes to ecosystem liquidity.

5. Information Collection
5.1 Information You Provide
When you register for an account in Seven, we collect the following information from you:
- Telegram Account ID
- Telegram Account Username
- Telegram Account First name
- Telegram Account Last name
- Telegram Account Premium Status
- Telegram Account Language
- IP Address
- Crypto Wallet Address and Public Key
5.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use Seven, we automatically collect the following information:
- Airdrop progress information, including your profit, tokens, and other in-app actions and assets.
5.3 Public Information
The following user data will be publicly displayed in the App's "Friends" and "Rating" sections:
- Telegram Account First Name
- Telegram Account Last Name
- Telegram Premium Status
5.4 Use of Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and enhance the airdrop experience.
5.5 Sharing of Information
We share the information we collect from you with the following third parties:
- Advertising partners.
We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights and the rights of others.

5.6 Data Security
We employ reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from you from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no security method is perfect due to inherent risks in online environments, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
5.7 Children's Privacy
Seven is not intended for individuals under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us at info@7token.io, and we will take steps to delete the information.
6. Mining and Earnings
6.1 Streaks
Streaks represent daily rewards collected for 7 consecutive days. If a user fails to collect Tokens on any day, the streak will reset.
6.2 Offline Mining
Tokens can be mined offline virtually and must be claimed within a maximum of 24 hours. Failure to claim Tokens within this time frame will pause mining until the Tokens are collected.
6.3 Referral Program
You can grow your network by inviting new users. Referral commissions are earned for participated referrals.
6.4 Parrots
Users can purchase "Parrots," a feature that mimics their actions to boost earnings.
Note: Parrots do not influence referral commissions.
6.5 Token Accumulation
To participate in the project, users must accumulate a minimum of 700 Tokens and Pay 0.5 Ton fee.
7. Payments
7.1 Participation Fee
A one-time payment of 0.5 Ton is required to participate.
7.2 Payment Terms
Payments are non-refundable and must be made through the methods specified in the App.
7.3 Fraud Prevention
Payments are used to verify users and prevent bot activity. Misuse or fraudulent payments may result in account suspension.
7.4 Transaction Check
Seven includes a "Transaction Check" form to address failed but paid transactions. Users can restore such transactions by entering the unique transaction comment from the Ton network as a key. This mechanism ensures that valid payments are applied to user accounts.
8. Tokenomics and Disclaimer
8.1 Purpose of Tokens
Tokens earned through Seven are part of the project’s tokenomics.
8.2 Liquidity Contribution
The 0.5 Ton payment contributes to the liquidity of the token ecosystem.
8.3 Token Withdrawals
Withdrawals are governed by the project’s specific conditions. These guidelines, including eligibility criteria, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and applicable fees, are clearly detailed within the App for user reference. Unclaimed Tokens may be burned as specified in the airdrop terms.

8.4 Revenue Allocation
Revenue generated through the sale of Parrots is allocated for marketing, development, and reserve purposes.
8.5 Disclaimer
Participation in this airdrop is subject to the success of the project. While we strive to ensure a smooth process, we cannot guarantee the availability or return of tokens in the event of unforeseen circumstances or project failure. Please proceed with caution and be aware of the risks involved.
- Project Success: The availability and distribution of tokens depend on the successful continuation and execution of the project. Unexpected challenges may impact rewards.
- Token Distribution: Unclaimed or un-transferred tokens may be subject to burn as specified in the airdrop terms.
- Volatility and Risks: As with all cryptocurrency activities, there are risks, including market volatility and potential changes in project structure. The value of tokens may fluctuate.
- No Guarantees: We do not offer any guarantees related to the value or future performance of tokens. Participation and token management are at your discretion.
We encourage participants to conduct their own research and assess the risks before engaging with the project or making transactions.
9. Prohibited Activities
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Illegal Activities
- Using the Service for any purpose that violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation.
- Harmful or Malicious Behavior
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service.
